Eligibility criteria
As part of the Horizon Europe MSCA-DN Project, all applicants must meet the following eligibility criteria:
Doctoral Candidate:
At the time of recruitment, you must not already hold a doctoral degree.
Researchers who have successfully defended their doctoral thesis but have not yet formally been awarded the doctoral degree are not eligible.
Mobility rule:
Applicants of any nationality are welcome to apply. However, researchers must not have lived or carried
out their main activity (work, studies, etc.) in the host country for more than 12 months within the
36 months immediately preceding their recruitment date. Exceptions include compulsory national service,
short stays such as holidays, or time spent undergoing procedures to obtain refugee status under the
Geneva Convention.
General requirements
- You hold or are about to obtain a Master’s degree in a relevant field;
- You are motivated to pursue a doctoral degree through an individual research project;
- You demonstrate a strong academic track record;
- You have a solid scientific background, possibly with prior relevant research experience;
- You have a sufficient command of the English language, given the international context;
- You are open to international mobility, in line with the MSCA-DN framework, and are willing to participate in international meetings, training sessions, and secondments;
- You are enthusiastic about sharing your research findings through impactful posters, compelling presentations, and high-quality publications in international journals and conferences;
